The CPF PEI Annual Meeting was held on May 6, 2015, at the Havilland Club

in Charlottetown. Minutes of this meeting will be accepted at the 2015-2016

Annual meeting.

May 6, 2015, AGM Minutes

At the May 6th, 2015 Annual General Meeting each Branch Board member and one representative from each Chapter has one vote.  The Chapter chooses the representative although it is usually the President.

The AGM is conducted in accordance with our Constitution and By law

Proxy votes are allowed for those that cannot attend. 2014-2015 Proxy vote
