Teacher's Corner

Bienvenue! Pjila’si! Welcome!

Our Teachers’ Corner is dedicated to Canadian Parents for French activities that are available for French second-language teachers (Core French and Immersion)  to share with their class! Some events are virtual while others are in person.

Be sure to check this page regularly so as not to miss registration deadlines for upcoming activities!

🔔Provincial Concours is Back!

It is said that one of our biggest fears is public speaking. And what’s the best way to get over our fears and become more resilient and confident? By facing them head-on!

Our longstanding public-speaking Concours d’art oratoire provincial finals will be held in person.

Typed manuscripts of the speeches must be submitted by email to William Henault at cdo@cpfnl.ca.  The deadline for submissions is Friday, March 29, 2024 open to youth who are learning French in school. It is a great way to celebrate our participants’ many hours of hard work and official language bilingualism in Canada!
